A long-time Casa Rondeña's favorite. Off-dry. Mineral notes and apricot. 2.25% Residual Sugar.
2022 Merlot Rosé (Currently Unavailable)
Fruit-forward and refreshing, made in the classic style, in which the skins remain on the Merlot grapes for only a few hours after de-stemming. Low residual sugar with notes of rose petal and strawberry.

Merlot 70%, Viognier 30%
A light, gentle low tannin wine. La Copine reminds us of our feminine nature and our lightness of being. Beaujolais in style, great on a sunny afternoon or by the fireside amongst the rustling Autumn leaves.
2020 Meritage
Merlot 40%, Cabernet Sauvignon 40%, Cabernet Franc 20%
This Bordeaux blend has been a Casa Rondeña best seller for a quarter century. Old world in style. Drink with meats and fowl or with a friend in the afternoon on the front porch. French in style, uniquely New Mexico.
2021 1629 Blend
Tempranillo 21%, Syrah 31% , Cabernet Sauvignon 48%
A delectable blend of spicy Tempranillo, heavy and bold Syrah, which gives hints of red meat, and red fruit notes coming from the Cab Sauvignon. Aged in large French oak tanks for over three years, this wine is a Casa Rondeña Exclusive that reflects our winemaker's passion for all things Iberian.
2019 Cabernet Franc (Currently Unavailable)
Classically varietal: Earth tones, briarwood, dark fruit, forest floor; high desert sun. Drink at 58 degrees F with anything or anyone you love.
2020 Syrah
John Calvin married twenty five years of experience of winemaking in New Mexico with the high altitude and intense sunlight of our Enchanted Land. Soft tannins, rich, earthy and luscious, the way Syrah is meant to be. Only 250 cases made. Twenty months in the finest French Oak barrels.
2018 Animante
This deep, rich, red dessert wine is made from New Mexico Cabernet Sauvignon, aged in French Oak for four years. Pairs well with our chocolate sauce and fudge.
