1629 Release Party

1629 was the first year that European winemaking grapes touched North American soil marking the beginning of a new age. We celebrate this history with our iconic 1629, a voluptuous blend of Tempranillo, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Experience the generous hospitality of Casa Rondeña. We’ve pulled out all the stops for this one. Each year we try to capture the spirit of the vintage and what a perfect way….Cinco de Mayo. Along with our most beloved and award-winning wine, you will be treated to complimentary chips and salsa, and live music performed by the wonderful Cuic Gonzalez in our Great Hall. You don’t want to miss this exhilarating performance!
We will be grilling hamburgers and hot dogs with all the fixings, so come hungry. Enjoy the new furniture in the great hall, listen to great music, drink amazing wine, sit by the pond or under an arbor, and have a fun-filled, festive Sunday.

1629 Club

The 1629 club will be open May 5th at 12pm for extended service for our 1629 wine club members. They will be offering your favorite pizzas, appetizers and entrees. The perfect compliment to a perfect day is a perfect meal. Seating Will be Limited. Be Sure to make your reservations today!
The Music Guild of New Mexico is pleased to provide musical accompaniment for 1629 club members from 5-8pm in the 1629 Club. There will be a performance by the talented Beau Brant! They will also be hosting a fundraiser in the 1629 Club to help raise funds for the New Mexico Music Guild Educator of the Year Award. Donations are Encouraged andCasa Rondena is proud to partner with the Music Guild of New Mexico to create a night of Fun, Wine and Music!
