All Pilates and Yoga classes are open to people of all skill levels. Reservations can be made by emailing Colleen Constance Franco, at colleen@casarondena.com. Space is limited. Without prepaid reservations, space is not guaranteed.
Please park in the parking lot just inside the gates when you arrive. We suggest arriving at least 10 minutes early to check in and prepare. Classes will begin promptly. Don’t forget your mat and i.d. 🙂
