Casa Rondeña is a family-owned and operated winery nestled in the picturesque Village of Los Ranchos, New Mexico. Since 1995, Casa Rondeña has proven to be the most sought-after venue, host to a multitude of events; from 150-person weddings to more intimate celebrations. Casa Rondeña provides a unique, tranquil environment to celebrate all the important moments in life.
The winery is expanding and looking for a Winery Event Host & Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, energetic, friendly, outgoing and an overall hardworking individual who takes initiative. The right candidate should be career focused and looking to grow within our business.
Qualifications

2 years of experience in event sales and planning.

Ability to work days, nights and weekends

Candidate should be articulate and well spoken

You must have the desire to look your best at all times in social and professional settings.
This is an on-site position and the job responsibilities include:

A suitable person will be responsible for scheduling, pricing and collecting payments for events.

Marketing events and actively seeking new business.

Directing, educating and managing event staff.

Maintaining contracts, business information and reporting events to the business owner and management to review.
Pay is based on overall experience.
