Animante Members Club Concierge

Casa Rondeña is a family-owned and operated winery nestled in the picturesque Village of Los Ranchos, New Mexico. Since 1995, Casa Rondeña has been committed to the growing and winemaking practices that respect its agricultural roots, and the greater community of Los Ranchos.

The winery is expanding and seeking a Members Club Event Coordinator for our new Animante de Rondeña. This is a full time position, Wednesday – Sunday. Salary plus generous commissions.

Job Overview:

The Members Club Event Coordinator is responsible for membership recruitment, member retainment, event planning, and ensuring an exceptional member experience. This role involves actively growing the club’s membership, hosting two exclusive events per month, and serving as the floor manager during, but not limited to, key club hours on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, as well as Sunday brunch. The coordinator works closely with the events and membership teams to foster a strong sense of community and enhance overall member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Recruitment & Engagement

  • Actively promote and recruit new members, ensuring they align with the club’s values and community.
  • Assist in onboarding new members, providing personalized introductions to club benefits, events, and key contacts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen member retention and engagement.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between members and the club, addressing inquiries and gathering feedback.

Event Planning & Hosting

  • Organize and host two high-quality member events per month, ranging from intimate gatherings to larger networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the events team to create unique, engaging experiences that align with member interests and the club’s brand.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendor relationships, and seamless event execution.

On-Site Management

  • Serve as the floor manager during club opening hours on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, as well as Sunday brunch.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a welcoming and exclusive atmosphere for members.
  • Work closely with staff to deliver top-tier service and address member needs in real time.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Partner with the membership and events teams to continuously enhance the member experience.
  • Promote events through email newsletters and social media platforms.
  • Track and report event success, member feedback, and engagement metrics to refine future offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in hospitality, event planning, or private membership services.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a focus on high-touch engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, from membership recruitment to on-site operations.

Cellar Master

Job description:

Casa Rondeña Winery is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Cellar Master to join our production team. This hands-on role is integral to the winemaking process and offers the opportunity to work with a respected leader in New Mexico’s fine wine industry.

Position Overview

The Cellar Master will work closely with our winemaker and owner, John Calvin, who brings over 35 years of winemaking experience in the Southwest, including 31 years at Casa Rondeña. This role involves operating and maintaining a variety of winery equipment and machinery essential to wine production.

Key Responsibilities

Cellar & Equipment Operations

  • Perform daily cellar tasks including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining tanks, barrels, and equipment
  • Operate and maintain winery equipment such as pumps, presses, forklifts, and bottling line machinery
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and quality standards

Production & Winemaking Support

  • Assist with crush, fermentation management, racking, bottling, and general cellar operations
  • Operate and maintain winery equipment including presses, pumps, tanks, and barrels
  • Safely operate forklifts and other agricultural equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cellar and production areas
  • Follow production schedules and quality control standards

Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Experience operating forklifts and agricultural equipment
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials (barrels, cases, equipment)
  • Punctual, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
  • Winery or agricultural experience preferred but not required

Compensation

$17–$40 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Casa Rondeña Winery is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bartenders/Servers to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our members in our newly opened Animante de Rondeña.

Responsibilities:

– Provide excellent customer service, ensuring our members and their guests have an outstanding experience from start to finish.

– Take orders accurately and efficiently, offering recommendations and sharing knowledge about our wine selections.

– Serve wine, cocktails, and other beverages in accordance with the winery’s standards and local regulations.

– Assist with food service, ensuring timely and precise delivery of orders.

– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.

– Handle transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with accuracy.

– Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar and dining areas before and after service.

– Participate in training sessions and stay updated on our wine offerings and special events.

– Uphold the winery’s high standards of service and hospitality.

Qualifications:

– Previous experience as a bartender or server in a high-end restaurant, bar, or winery.

– Strong knowledge of wine and beverage service.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

– Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
