Wine Club Steward
Casa Rondeña is a family-owned and operated winery nestled in the picturesque Village of Los Ranchos, New Mexico. Since 1995, Casa Rondeña has been committed to the growing and winemaking practices that respect its agricultural roots, and the greater community of Los Ranchos.
The winery is expanding and seeking a Wine Club Steward.
The Wine Club Steward is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Wine Club, ensuring an exceptional member experience, and assisting with various administrative tasks and assisting with events. This role involves customer service, data management, order processing, and event coordination.
This is a full time position, Monday - Friday. Available some weekends.
We offer a competitive compensation at $17/hour with the potential for profit-sharing opportunities.
Including, but not limited to, processing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all wine club members, actively sell and retain memberships, email and phone communications with all members, and special projects given by management.
Candidate should possess the following skills:
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in computer and software applications
- Strong communication abilities
- Friendly and approachable
- Conversation starter
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills and be willing to be a team player
- Ability to assist when needed in other departments within the winery
The Wine Club Assistant will report directly to Wine Club Manager.
