Cooking Class – Holy Mole!

Join Michelle Michelotti-Martinez from Eatentions for an evening of Oaxacan delights! We will travel to Mexico and explore the tastes of Mexico’s most famous region, Oaxaca!
Known for their variety of moles, which consist of dried chiles, spices, nuts & other ingredients, cooking from this region will wake up your taste buds and expose them to new, delicious and unique flavors.
Come and enjoy wine and some light bites while Michelle explains Oaxacan cuisine after which the class will work to create a variety of dishes from this region. After the work is done, we will sit down and enjoy the fruit of our labor served with the delicious wines of Casa Rondena! Of course no evening is complete without classic Mexican Wedding Cookies!
