Cooking Class – SHOW ME YOUR MOMO!

Join Michelle Michelotti-Martinez for an evening of momo delights!
We will travel to South Asia and explore these “dumplings” which are a “cousin” to the familiar and popular Chinese version. During the class we will create the traditional momo and well as 3 types of flavored dough momos!
If you are a dumpling fanatic, these are COMPLETELY addictive and fun to make! They are perfect for a dinner party (especially if you can entice your guests to help!) or as an appetizer.
Come and enjoy a glass of wine with some light bites while Michelle explains the dishes and then the class will work to create a variety of momos. After the work is done, we will sit down and enjoy the fruit of our labor served with the delicious wines of Casa Rondeña! Of course no evening is complete without homemade biscotti!
