Breeze specializes in the fundamentals of yoga, focusing on the physical and emotional benefits of each pose. As the body and environment are constantly changing, she encourages each student to be accepting of how they’re feeling and what their body is capable of in this moment. The soft and beautiful sounds, provided by Dean Gibson, of Instant Atmosphere, will add to this already beautiful evening experience.
The 1629 Club will be open following evening class where you are invited to enjoy the grounds with the option to purchase off their tapas menu.
