Keisha’s personal approach to teaching, promises hands-on adjustments and assistance throughout the practice, pose demonstrations, yoga history and philosophy, as well as meditation and relaxation techniques. The soft and beautiful sounds, provided by Dean Gibson, of Instant Atmosphere, will add to this already beautiful evening experience.
Pack a picnic to enjoy following class, yard games and additional wine service will be available until 8:30pm.
