Yogalates Flow is a magical combination between flow yoga and classic pilates, a two-in-one workout resulting in a strong and toned body, and calm and focused mind. This special evening class is led in our Founder's Garden. The soft and beautiful sounds of Handpan, provided by Dean Gibson of Instant Atmosphere, will add to this already intense experience.
