With a belief that yoga is beneficial for everyone on a holistic level, Keisha is able to provide beginners with a strong foundation and is able to fine-tune advanced student’s asana practices as well as inspire them to take their yogic sadhana beyond the mat.

Her personal approach to teaching, promises hands-on adjustments and assistance throughout the practice, pose demonstrations, yoga history and philosophy, as well as meditation and relaxation techniques. The soft and beautiful sounds, provided by Handpan with Dean Gibson, of Instant Atmosphere, will add to this restorative experience.
